ICOMS Works Management is the Digital Filing System which enables functions of a paperless office by scanning, registering, and routing inward correspondence along with the creation of files, noting, referencing, correspondence attachment, draft for approvals, and finally movement of files as well as receipts.

This is the workflow-based system that features the existing manual handling of files with the addition of a more efficient electronic system. The system involves all stages including maintaining a diary on inward receipts, creation of files, movement of receipts and files, and the archival of records.

The Digital File System will act as the Core system and will be integrated with the all other Modules and Functions.
